In 2018 our service vehicles drove hundreds of thousands of miles, our technicians ran tens of thousands of calls, installed over a thousand new HVAC systems, we received hundreds of 5-star reviews, we had a little over ten new employees join our family and best of all... we had one incredible year.

- ServiceOne became a Google Guaranteed HVAC contractor.
- We once again won Best of Omaha for Appliance Repair & Handyman Services.
- We participated in Adopt-a-Family through the Salvation Army, Toys for Tots through the Omaha Area Board of Realtors Association, donated to the Sunshine Kids Foundation and helped sponsor an event for Together, an organization that collaborates to end homelessness.
- We held the Garage Comfort Solutions Giveaway through our website and one lucky customer from Council Bluffs, IA won a brand new Mitsubishi ductless mini-split.
Here's 2018 by the numbers:
- Our technicians worked a total of 50,866 hours this year.
- We ran 38,000 service calls. That's nearly 126 calls ran per day.
- Our vehicles traveled 831,220 miles. That's like crossing the entire United States coast to coast 310 times.
- You (our customers) wrote us 764 reviews this year.
- Our Facebook broke 2,000 likes.
- We sent you a lot of e-mails, and we're thankful that, together, you opened 119,579 of them.
