Service One offers no surprise pricing — the quote you receive upfront is the price you pay. Complete Comfort Guarantee
If your new system fails to keep you comfortable during the first year after installation, Service One will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we cannot maintain temperature at the thermostat as dictated by manufacturer design specifications for your home, we will replace the system at no charge.

Zero Worries Guarantee
If the system or equipment Service One installed fails to heat or cool your home during the first year, we will diagnose the issue within 48 hours — then fix it for free, including parts and labor. If we are unable to resolve it, we will deliver a check for $1,001 for your discomfort and inconvenience.
No Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails within the first 5 years, Service One will install a complete new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace.

Service One guarantees you will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs — or we will double-the-difference of any savings not realized during the first year.

Investment Guarantee
Service One guarantees that every system we install will perform as designed. If it does not, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to make the system perform as promised, we will remove it and return your full investment.

Apples-to-Apples Guarantee
Service One’s Apples-to-Apples Guarantee means you will not find a cheaper competitor offering the same equipment, guarantees, warranties, and installation procedures. If you find a comparable system replacement for less than what Service One charged, we will match the price and send you a check for $2,001 for your discomfort and inconvenience.
Integrity Guarantee
If Service One diagnoses your heat exchanger as having failed and deems it unsafe to operate, but a follow-up inspection determines the diagnosis was incorrect, we will provide a new furnace at no cost to you.
*Identified heat exchanger failure must be inspected on-site by an Installation Manager and the Homeowner upon furnace removal, or a Service One representative must be present for any second opinion requested from a competing company.
