A ServiceOne Service Agreement covers repairs, both parts, and labor, on all your major appliances and systems in your home. We offer four levels of coverage and even have a plumbing package you can add on for only $19.95 per month.
All covered repairs will be performed by ServiceOne with a low $55.00 trip fee plus sales tax according to the plan's terms and conditions.
Gold Plan (Best Value)
Are you looking for Complete Peace of Mind? Our Gold Plan offers Whole Home Parts & Labor coverage on Repairs with an added complimentary Annual Heating Inspection for your Furnace.
$38.95 a month covers repairs on:

Silver Plan
Do you want Part & Labor Coverage on Repairs for your most costly Appliances? Our Silver Plan covers just the basics and does NOT include an added complimentary Annual Heating or Cooling Inspection.
$26.95 a month covers repairs on:

- Electric central air conditioning/heat pump
- Clothes washer
- Gas or electric clothes dryer
- Gas or electric range
- Gas or electric water heater
- Refrigerator
Bronze Plan
Just want coverage for your Heating and Cooling System? Then the Bronze Plan is for You. Includes Parts & Labor on Repairs plus an Annual Inspection for both your Heating and Cooling System.
$23.95 a month covers repairs on:
- Annual heating inspection
- Annual air conditioner/heat pump inspection including compressor coverage on air conditioners
- Parts and labor for most furnace, air conditioner and heat pump repairs
Copper Plan
Have a newer Heating and Cooling System but still want the rest of your Home Systems and Appliances covered? Our Copper Plan covers everything except your Heating and Cooling System.
$21.95 a month covers repairs on:
