I have always had great experiences with ServiceOne. Our most recent service was for our furnace. It quit working on what was the coldest day of the year thus far. The tech got to us that same day and had our house warming in minutes! He was kind, wore a mask, socially distanced and gave me some recommendations for routine maintenance.

ServiceOne has come out and addressed many of our appliance repair needs with good results. Today was the first drain clearing call we have called them out on. Called this morning and they showed up before end of day. The service tech showed up took care of it and cleaned up after himself. Quick and thorough can’t ask for much more.

Since we bought an older home, I thought it might be a good idea to sign up for a ServiceOne program to cover possible future problems. Turns out that it was the best decision I could have made. This company has come to our rescue on more than one occasion over the past 20 plus years. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those purchasing an older home.

I called ServiceOne to come out to unclog a sink drain. The appointment was scheduled timely. Prior to our appointment, the technician communicated when he would arrive and checked that I was home. Upon arriving, Chris followed all of the COVID protocols and respected our property. Chris worked quickly to fix the issue and cleaned up after the work was completed. He provided helpful tips and a product to avoid the issue going forward. We have been using ServiceOne since 2011 and will continue.

Superior service from my first phone call for service all the way through the perfectly installed water heater. ServiceOne stands alone as the best service company in Omaha, Elkhorn, surrounding areas. Do not waste money on the pretenders. ServiceOne rules!

Gary was outstanding! We took a power hit in the neighborhood and the thermostat went haywire. He probably could have just walked me through the fix over the phone but I wanted some education. I asked him if he would come by and show me so he came right over and showed me how to fix so that if it ever happened again I could fix it myself and he explained a few other things that I had questions about. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ServiceOne.
