On top of our home warranty options, we offer four main service agreement plans. Below we detail what each one of them includes!
Copper Plan
The Copper Plan is our most affordable service agreement and is perfect for the household that wants peace of mind about their appliances. This plan costs $21.95 a month, and it offers parts and labor coverage on all major laundry room and kitchen appliances, including your washer and dryer, water heater, refrigerator, freezer and more. This plan also includes the same coverage on your electrical system, as well as your furnace humidifier!
Bronze Plan
While the Copper Plan is primarily appliances, on the other end of the spectrum is our Bronze Plan, which focuses on your HVAC systems for just $23.95 a month. This includes parts and labor coverage on your home’s HVAC system, including your central heating system, air conditioner and heat pump. This plan also includes an annual inspection on your central heating, air conditioner and heat pump!
Silver Plan
If you’re looking for a bit of a combination of our Copper and Bronze, Silver is a great option. Our Silver Plan comes in at $26.95 a month, and it includes parts and labor coverage on all of the major appliances, as well as your home’s heating and cooling system!
Gold Plan
Lastly, we have our Gold Plan, which is our most inclusive service agreement. It’s perfect for the homeowner that wants the most comprehensive coverage and the greatest peace of mind. The Gold Plan costs $38.95 a month and offers it all. Parts and labor are covered for your home’s major appliances, HVAC system and electrical system! It’s essentially all of our plans combined in one, while also adding an annual furnace inspection!
Plumbing add-on
For all of our plans, you also have the opportunity of adding-on plumbing parts and labor coverage for an additional $19.95 a month. We also offer just a plumbing service plan on its own for $26.95 a month!
